This is a Google Sheet of Jim Wendler’s 5/3/1 strength training program – the original program can be found here. I’ve simply created a Google Sheet of the program that suits my display preferences.
Download the sheet, enter your 1RM’s – along with a value to round to, and it will automatically calculate your training plan for Jim Wendler’s 5/3/1 Program.
